Favorite Neutral Vintage Inspired Rugs

We are going to be getting a new couch for our living room, so I have a mini makeover on my mind. We're getting the Ektorp sofa from Ikea in the lighter beige color so I want to make our living room a bit more neutral. So, I've been searching for the perfect area rug. I want something vintage inspired and lighter in color. I really like the lighter blues and grays. I've rounded up some of my favorites! All of these rugs are budget friendly because life happens in that room! We have a dog and eat in there a lot, so it will be dirty.

These are my favorites!

I love using blues as a neutral. All of these rugs are great examples of that. With our light beige sofa, any of these rugs would be perfect.

Choosing a rug is a big decision. It's not something that we will be replacing soon, so I want it to be perfect!

Which rug is your favorite? I would love to hear in the comments!

An Easy DIY Thanksgiving Tablescape

Thanksgiving is almost here which means Thanksgiving dinner! I've put together an easy Thanksgiving tablescape that includes a fun Target dollar spot DIY.

If you've seen my other fall posts you know my colors for fall this year are neutral blues, greens, greys, and creams. I love this color combination. So, I used those colors for the table.

These little wreaths are so easy to make. All you need is some Target dollar spot garland and some scissors.

You want to take the garland and cut off about 6 inches.

Then you just take it and make it into a circle. Twist the wire to secure it.

Friday Favorites

Happy Friday! It's cold here today, but I'm loving the winter feeling. It's getting hard for me to wait to decorate for Christmas, we always wait until after Thanksgiving. But it's hard! So, instead, I'm going to share some things I've been loving lately. I've gathered some items that I love and think you will too.

Friday Favorites

So my first favorite is this pair of jeans. I've talked about them before and it's still all true. I love these jeans! They're Old Navy's Rockstar jeans and they are the best. They fit great, they stretch, and they have different styles, these are the distressed ones. And they are on sale today!

Next is Mrs. Myers dish soap. I love Mrs. Myers cleaning products and this apple cider scent is the best! It smells so good! It's perfect for fall. They also have two new Christmas scents that are great, too.

My lips always get chapped and dry in the winter and my go to chapstick is EOS. It's the best I've ever used. I'm currently using this vanilla one, but it seems to be out of stock. Any of the other flavors are great, too. If you haven't tried EOS products you need to. You will be hooked!

The last item is this Target dollar spot garland. It's $3.00 and it's really long. It is thin and there's not much to it, but I have a few DIY's with it coming soon. Trust me, you'll want to snag this up.

Let me know if you've tried any of these and I would love to hear what you're loving!

Gift Guide Under $20 - For Her

So, it's November which means that it's almost time to start Christmas shopping. I'm starting a mini series of gift guides to help you find the perfect gift for everyone in your life. I'll include guides for her, him, moms, dads, hosts/hostesses, and more. There will be different price points to help with any budget.

I'm starting with a gift guide for her all under $20. All pictures are clickable!

I have some of these items and love them. Essie Gel Couture nail polish is great. I can't seem to keep nail polish for more than a day and this stuff lasts about 5 days for me.

These candles from Bridgeway Scented Market are so good! I have Shiplap and Chippy White.

I also love Philosophy's Amazing Grace. It smells so good!

These stud earrings are a staple for me. I wear them all the time.

This camp mug is amazing. It keeps drinks hot for a long time. It's the best travel mug I've used.

Elf makes great cosmetics and accessories and the prices are perfect. These brushes would make a great gift.

This makeup bag from Elizabeth Ashlie is great gift idea. It can be used for many things, not just makeup. You could use it as a pencil case or as an organizer in your purse.

And these coasters. They are so cute! I love the floral design. And the price is perfect!

I hope you enjoyed this gift guide! Check back soon for some more!

Favorite Christmas Pillows from Amazon

It's about that time where we start thinking about Christmas decorations. Or, I mean, it's about that time that I do. Am I alone here? I hope not! I love Christmas and I love Christmas decor. So, I start getting ideas pretty early. I like to have a plan in mind. So, I've gathered some of my favorite Christmas pillows from Amazon.

Favorite Christmas Pillows from Amazon

Amazon has Christmas pillows for any style you may want. Personally, I like the farmhouse and modern farmhouse styles. I love the vintage looking pillows. They are definitely farmhouse. The red car and Christmas tree is also very farmhouse. I love the classic look of the red and black buffalo check pillows and the joy pillow is also classic.

I hope this helped you get some Christmas inspiration. Which pillow is your favorite? And where do you like to shop for Christmas decor?
